Q - How long does it take to get door hangers?
A - We offer the fastest turn-a-round for door hangers online (we can proof, print and ship within 2 business days of your order). Submit your copy and we will send you a proof the next business day. When you approve the proof - make payment using the Google Checkout invoice we sent you and we will print and ship your door hangers the next business day.
Q - What kind of paper do you use for the door hangers?
A - We use 67lb uncoated card stock - (a little thicker than a post card). For Full color door hangers, we use 12pt cover stock, UV coated on 1 side.
Q - Can I write on the door hanger?
A - Yes, but only on our 2 color door hangers.
Q - Does the door hanger have a hole for hanging?
A - Yes, the door hanger has a hole and a slit, making it easy to hang on a door knob.
Q - Do you charge for shipping door hangers?
A - No. Shipping via FedEx Ground is FREE. Faster shipping is available at an additional cost.
Q - What if I don't like my the door hanger proof you send me?
A - We'll change it until you are satisfied at no additional cost.
Q - Can I order less than 3000 regular or 2000 larger door hangers?
A - No. 3000 regular or 2000 large door hangers for $179 is the minimum order (includes design, printing and shipping). You might pay nearly as much for a lot less at a local print shop.
Q - Do you offer slits so I can attach my business card to the door hanger?
A - Yes, for an additional $15 per thousand.
Q - Can you print on both sides of the door hanger?
A - Yes, we will print the 2nd side for an additional $99. (cost for 2nd side is more for full color)
Q - Can I add my logo or a photo on the door hanger?
A - Yes, send it in an email as an attachment to service@3000doorhangers.com
Q - Is there an additional charge to add my logo or photo to the door hanger?
A - No additional charge.
Q - Do you charge extra for color card stock?
A - No additional charge.
Q - I already have a design for my door hanger - can you follow it?
A - Sure, fill out our form and in the box "OTHER INFORMATION" just indicate that you are sending a separate file (i.e. word, illustrator, publisher, photoshop, etc) to be used for the proof.
Q - I have information for my door hanger - but not a layout - will you design it?
A - We've done thousands of door hanger layouts over the years. Chances are we've done quite a few for your type of business. Leave it to us - we'll lay it out and send you a proof. You can make changes if necessary. Design and any changes needed are included in our price.
